Ballet for Beginners

You can start ballet from adult♪ We will teach from stretching to basic ballet.


Introduction to Ballet

This is a class for those who have no experience to about 1 year of experience in ballet.
We will offer basic lessons attentively from stretching to center exercises. Let’s enjoy dancing first while valuing the basics.


Introduction to Ballet ~ Basic



Ballet Step by Step Basic

This is a class for those who have 1 year to 2 years of experience in ballet.
It is for those who aim for stepping up to introduction to basic levels.
It is also suitable for going over basics, and for facing ballet while tuning up your body.


Basic Ballet

This is a class for those who have about 2 years of experience in ballet and brushing up from the basic.


Basic Ballet ~ First Leve

This is a class for those who have about 2 years to 3 years of experience in ballet.
We will learn basics well and aim to get used to learn with simple choreographies.
It is a step-up class for those who want to enjoy dancing at the center.
It is best suitable for those who aim to step up to the first level.
We will prepare our bodies to be able to dance on pointes.


First Level Ballet

This is a class for those who have about 3 years and more of experience in ballet.
We will aim for stepping up from the basics.


First Level Ballet ~ First/ Intermediate Level Ballet

This is a class for about 3 years to 5 years of experience in ballet.
It is for those who want to step up from the first level to first/ intermediate level class.
It is recommended for those who feel insecure of taking first/ intermediate level class right away.


First/ Intermediate Level Ballet

This is a class for those who have about 5 years and more of experience in ballet.
It is a step up class from the first level ballet.
We will try some complex Enchainement according to your levels.


Intermediate Ballet

This is a class for those who have more than 10 years of experience in ballet.
It is a class for those who want to step up even more. We will aim for more advancement.


First Level Pointe

We will dance at the center after exercises at bars.
You can do bar exercises either in flat shoes or in pointes.
We will enforce ourselves in order to dance at the center well.


Pointe

It is not possible to take only this class.
This is a short pointe class only for those who took the previous class.


Enchainement

It is not possible to take only this class.
This is a 30 mins special class only for those who took the previous class.
This is a class to try some connections of “Pas” that are required to step up to the first/ intermediate level, and a little longer enchainements.
It is a class to feel the joy of dancing that you cannot feel in the regular lessons. 


High Level Technique

It is not possible to only take this class. This is a 30 mins special class only for those who took the previous class.
We will learn some “Pas” that require techniques you cannot learn in regular lessons.
We will learn specific techniques using actual ballet choreographies such as a part of variations, etc.


Variations for Pointe Enforcement

It is not possible to take only this class.
This is a 30 mins special class only for those who took the previous class.
It is a variation class to enforce your pointe in order to dance variations beautifully on pointes.


Variations 45 mins/ 60 mins

It is not possible to take only this class. This is a 45 mins or a 60 mins special class only for those who took the previous class.
We will dance different variations throughout certain terms (from 1 month to more)
※ You can dance either in flat shoes or pointes.


45 mins Pointe Lesson Leading to Dancing

It is not possible to take only this class.
This is a 45 mins class only for those who took the previous class.
We will go over some “Pas” used frequently in dance, learn short combinations, and pointe works that lead to dancing through exercises.


Private Variations

This is a private variation class taken by reservations.
You can take classes from 15 mins the shortest.
For reservations and inquiries, please call us at the studio.

Ballet Stretching

We will aim for flexible and beautiful body by using stretching exercises of ballet.
This is open for those who have no ballet experience as well.


Pilates

Several effects are expected including losing weight, improvement of lower back and shoulder pains, etc.
by tuning up deeper inner muscles of your body. It is recommended as core training required for ballet as well.
We will exercise in a concentrated atmosphere in a darkened studio.


Kids Ballet

For toddlers(from 3 year-olds and up)


Ballet in English Kids A

For toddlers (from 3 year-olds and up)


Ballet in English Kids B

For underclassmen / intermediate years in elementary schools (standard)


Junior Ballet

For intermediate years ~ junior high school students (standard)
